Breathing is essential to life. Inhale… Exhale… We breathe over 20,000 times daily—something so natural, yet many of us breathe incorrectly, which affects our health.

Functional breathing for health and performance
Dysfunctional breathing is linked to various disorders and conditions, from sleep apnea to musculoskeletal problems such as lower back and neck pain.
The way we breathe impacts our internal balance and emotions. These processes, in turn, influence the visceral fascial network, the interoceptive system, and the gut-brain axis. Breathing patterns also affect diaphragm function and core stability. Without correct breathing, a person can never feel “stable.”
Functional breathing can modulate stress and anxiety, improving recovery from physical, emotional, and work-related stress. By mastering breathing techniques, we can regulate our autonomic nervous system.
